Costs of enrollment of claim in court in Italy

In order to enroll a claim in front of a competent court in Italy the plaintiff has to pay in advance a tax pro-rated to the amount of the dispute; also the defendant doing opposition in court by a counterclaim has to pay the so called Contributo Unificato.

Value above € 52,000.00 and up to € 260,000.00 cost is € 759.00

Value above € 260,000.00 and up to € 520,000.00 cost is € 1,214.00

Value above € 520,000.00 cost is € 1,686.00
